CNC TURNING

CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape to high tolerances.

Our Autodesk CAD CAM software coupled with skilled engineers. Allows us to provide precision prototypes and production machined components that meet our customers every requirement.
 
Utilising our set ups and on hand tooling processes we can produce short and long production runs, coupled with the latest inspection equipment we are able to reduce time on, programming and set up to save our customers money without compromising on quality.
